For a long time after they opened I would regularly eat at the Mediterranean because their food is so good. That all stopped when they screwed up a take out order.

I called to let them know they screwed up my order and to see what they were going to do. They basically said too bad and the manager hung up on me. When I called back he wouldn’t even talk to me about the food, they were getting ready to close; too bad, no refund, no rain check, no customer service.

I haven’t been back since.

Friends keep telling me how great this place is… but I have yet to get a take out order that is right.

Granted it has only been three times that I have ordered take out but they have screwed up the order each time.

The last and final straw was being on the phone with what I can only hope was an over worked hostess that kept putting me on hold. Then there was the fact that a salad came without a requested feta cheese.

To add insult to injury they burned my garlic bread with cheese and it was almost worthless. A couple bites out of the center weren’t as hard as settled concrete.
